How to make it yours

2. Type your two title lines — or leave them blank and it prints Our Family / BIRTHDAYS.
3. Add one person per line, like this: Emma - March 4, 2011. Anniversaries work too: Sarah & Tom - June 18, 1971.

How many names fit

• Fits 3 to 30 names — and the price is the same whether you list 6 or 30.
• Up to 7 names in any single month.
• Names up to 19 letters each. Longer than that and the page will tell you before you order, not after.
• The type gets slightly smaller as you add people, but never smaller than we would want to read ourselves — if a list would print too small, the page stops you.
• Larger family? Order two and split them — shipping stays free.

Empty months stay empty on purpose. A month with nobody in it still keeps its flower. Nothing shifts, nothing collapses.

The print itself

• Museum-grade archival paper, 189 gsm, matte finish
• Printed to order with pigment inks, for indoor use
• Two sizes: 11 x 14 and 16 x 20 inches — both standard frame sizes, so a ready-made frame will fit
• Sizes may vary by up to 1/16 inch — that is the printing tolerance, not a defect
• Frame is not included. The photographs on this page show the print in a frame so you can picture it on your wall; what arrives is the print itself

Care

If the print gathers dust, wipe it gently with a clean, dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from steam.

Delivery

• Your print goes to the press as soon as your order is placed
• Allow 8 to 18 business days from order to doorstep, and up to 20 business days during the holiday season
• Free U.S. shipping. We ship within the United States and its territories only
• Your print arrives carefully rolled in protective packaging, not flat
• To flatten it, lay it face down on a clean surface and rest a heavy book on each corner for 12 to 24 hours before framing

Before you order

Personalized prints are made especially for you and go to the printer as soon as your order is placed, so orders are final sale. We print your words exactly as you type them. We cannot refund, replace or reprint an order because of a name, date or spelling that was entered incorrectly — the preview on this page shows you exactly what will be printed, so please read it carefully before you order. If your order has not reached the printer yet, we may still be able to cancel it; write to us straight away.

30-Day Quality Guarantee. We will replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, if the wrong size ships, if there is a printing defect, or if the print does not match what you ordered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and you will not need to send the item back.
