Shipping Policy

Free shipping in the United States

Standard Shipping is free on every order shipped within the United States, with no minimum spend. On the guided journals, Priority Shipping is also available at checkout for a flat 9.00 USD.

Order processing

We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where your order ships from

GraceYears is a small operation. We do not own a warehouse. We work with a group of fulfillment partners, some in the United States and some overseas, who pack and ship each order for us. This is why delivery takes longer than a typical domestic order, and we would rather tell you that clearly before you buy.

Delivery times to the United States

Wall art and blankets - Free Standard Shipping, 4 to 10 business days after processing.

Guided journals - Free Standard Shipping, 7 to 15 business days after processing. Priority Shipping, 5 to 9 business days, flat 9.00 USD.

Total estimated time = 1 to 3 business days processing + the shipping window above. During peak seasons, or for remote areas, delivery can take up to 20 business days.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Multiple items

Orders containing several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Within the United States you are never charged extra for this. On wall art and blanket orders shipped to Canada, each additional item adds to the shipping total, and the full amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Occasionally carrier, customs, weather, or holiday delays occur that are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will help right away.

Outside the United States

Printable downloads are available in every country our store serves. There is nothing to ship - your file is delivered digitally, within minutes of your order.

Wall art and blankets ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian delivery takes 12 to 35 business days after processing, and the shipping cost is shown in full at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes on Canadian orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Guided journals currently ship within the United States only.

If you are outside the United States and would like a printed item, you are welcome to write to support@graceyears.com and ask about availability in your country.
