Shipping Policy
Shipping costs depend on the type of item in your order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping costs at a glance
Wall art, blankets and guided journals - Standard Shipping is free on every order shipped within the United States, with no minimum spend. On the guided journals, Priority Shipping is also available at checkout for a flat 9.00 USD.
Holiday decor and DIY craft kits (for example our Christmas shelf sitters and pearl painting kits) - ships to the United States, Canada and Australia:
- Christmas shelf sitters: Standard Shipping 6.99 USD, free on orders of 59.99 USD or more.
- Pearl painting kits: Standard Shipping 8.99 USD, free on orders of 39.00 USD or more.
- Expedited Shipping (12.99 USD) and VIP Shipping (19.99 USD) are available at checkout. These orders are prioritized for processing and dispatch.
The free-shipping threshold is based on your order total after any multi-item discount.
Order processing
We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where your order ships from
GraceYears is a small operation. We do not own a warehouse. We work with a group of fulfillment partners, some in the United States and some overseas, who pack and ship each order for us. This is why delivery takes longer than a typical domestic order, and we would rather tell you that clearly before you buy.
Delivery times
Wall art and blankets - United States: Free Standard Shipping, 4 to 10 business days after processing.
Guided journals - United States: Free Standard Shipping, 7 to 15 business days after processing. Priority Shipping, 5 to 9 business days, flat 9.00 USD.
Holiday decor and DIY craft kits - United States: 7 to 15 business days after processing. Canada and Australia: 10 to 20 business days after processing.
Total estimated time = 1 to 3 business days processing + the shipping window above. During peak seasons (including the weeks before Christmas), or for remote areas, delivery can take up to 20 business days within the United States and up to 30 business days to Canada and Australia. If you need an item by a specific date, please order early or contact us first.
Shipping insurance
On holiday decor and craft kits you can add optional shipping insurance in your cart (about 5% of the item price). If an insured parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we send a free replacement or a full refund. You can remove it from your cart at any time before checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
Multiple items
Orders containing several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for this beyond the shipping amount shown at checkout. On wall art and blanket orders shipped to Canada, each additional item adds to the shipping total, and the full amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delays
Occasionally carrier, customs, weather, or holiday delays occur that are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will help right away.
Outside the United States
Printable downloads are available in every country our store serves. There is nothing to ship - your file is delivered digitally, within minutes of your order.
Wall art and blankets ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian delivery takes 12 to 35 business days after processing, and the shipping cost is shown in full at checkout before you pay.
Holiday decor and DIY craft kits ship to the United States, Canada and Australia, at the rates listed above.
Guided journals currently ship within the United States only.
Any customs duties or import taxes on orders shipped outside the United States are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are in another country and would like an item, you are welcome to write to support@graceyears.com and ask about availability.
