How long will my order take?
We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it takes 7 to 15 business days to reach you within the U.S. Shipping is free on every order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us a photo within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You keep the original item and never pay return shipping.

I changed my mind.
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back.

Can I cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. If it has not shipped yet, we will cancel and refund it.
