Our 30-Day Promise

We want you to be happy with your gift. If you are not, we make it right without making it complicated.

If something is wrong, you keep the item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@graceyears.com with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

You keep the original item. No return shipping is required. We will never ask you to pack anything up or pay to send anything back.

Personalized and made-to-order items
Personalized items are the one exception to the change-of-mind refund below. Anything you customise with your own names, dates or text is printed especially for you and cannot be resold, so it is final sale. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind, or for a name, spelling or date that was entered incorrectly when the order was placed. Please check every line carefully in the preview before you add the item to your cart.
Everything else in this policy still applies to personalized items. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, if the wrong size ships, if there is a printing defect, or if we made a mistake preparing your design, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. You keep the item and never need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

For non-personalized items, email us within 30 days of delivery at support@graceyears.com and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back. We only ask that you tell us honestly what did not work, so we can choose better next time.

Order cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. If it has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@graceyears.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Under our policy you may keep the item and still receive a full refund. As permitted under EU consumer law, this 14 day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalized. Your rights in the case of a damaged, defective or incorrect item are unaffected.
