How many flowers fit

• Up to 12 flowers, one for each person you name.
• The bouquet opens outward as you add people — a family of three gets three large blooms, a family of twelve gets a full bouquet.
• The price is the same whether you name 3 people or 12.
• More than twelve? Order two prints and split the family — they hang beautifully as a pair, and shipping stays free.

The print itself

• Museum-grade archival paper, 189 gsm, matte finish
• Printed to order with pigment inks, for indoor use
• Size 11 x 14 inches — a standard frame size, so a ready-made frame will fit
• Sizes may vary by up to 1/16 inch — that is the printing tolerance, not a defect
• Frame is not included. The photographs on this page show the print in a frame so you can picture it on your wall; what arrives is the print itself.

Care

If the print does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from steam.

Delivery

• Your print goes to the press as soon as your order is placed
• Allow 8 to 18 business days from order to doorstep, and up to 20 business days during the holiday season
• Free U.S. shipping. We ship within the United States and its territories only
• Your print arrives carefully rolled in protective packaging, not flat
• To flatten it, lay it face down on a clean surface and rest a heavy book on each corner for 12 to 24 hours before framing

We cannot refund, replace or reprint an order because of a name, month or spelling that was entered incorrectly — the preview on this page shows you exactly what will be printed, so please read it carefully before you order. If your order has not reached the printer yet, we may still be able to cancel it; write to us straight away.

30-Day Quality Guarantee. We will replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, if the wrong size ships, if there is a printing defect, or if the print does not match what you ordered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and you will not need to send the item back.
