How many dates fit
- 8 x 10 and 11 x 14: 3 to 6 lines
- 12 x 18 and 16 x 20: 3 to 8 lines
- 18 x 24 and larger: 4 to 10 lines
More than ten dates reads small on any size. If your family needs more, order two prints and split the story between them.

- Printed to order on museum-grade archival paper, 189 gsm
- Matte finish, printed with pigment inks, for indoor use
- Available in six sizes: 8 x 10, 11 x 14, 12 x 18, 16 x 20, 18 x 24 and 24 x 36

Delivery
- Your print goes to the press as soon as your order is placed
- Allow 8 to 18 business days from order to doorstep, and up to 20 business days during the holiday season

- Your print arrives carefully rolled in protective packaging, not flat
- To flatten it, lay it face down on a clean surface and rest a heavy book on each corner for 12 to 24 hours before framing
Before you order
Personalized prints are made especially for you and go to the printer as soon as your order is placed, so orders are final sale. We print your words exactly as you type them. We cannot refund, replace or reprint an order because of a name, date or spelling that was entered incorrectly — the preview on this page shows you exactly what will be printed, so please read it carefully before you order. If your order has not reached the printer yet, we may still be able to cancel it; write to us straight away. We will replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, if the wrong size ships, if there is a printing defect, or if the print does not match what you ordered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and you will not need to send the item back.
