1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of GraceYears Insights 2 (the "App"), provided by ATT ECOMMERCE GLOBAL LLC ("we", "us"). By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App lets you publish content to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that you administer, and attach product tags from your own Meta product catalog to that content.

The App acts only at your direction and only on accounts you already administer. It does not post anything you have not asked it to post.

3. Who may use the App

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be an authorised administrator of the Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect.
You must hold the rights to all content you publish through the App.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish, including that it is lawful, accurate and does not infringe anyone's rights.
You must comply with the Meta Community Standards, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Meta's commerce policies.
You must not use the App to publish spam, deceptive content, or content that misrepresents products.
You must keep your account credentials secure.
Product tags must point to products you genuinely sell.

5. What we do not promise

The App depends on Meta's APIs, which we do not control. Meta may change, restrict, or discontinue those APIs at any time, with or without notice. When that happens, features of the App may stop working.

We do not guarantee that any particular post will publish, that publishing will be instantaneous, or that product tags will appear. Meta applies its own rate limits, review processes and eligibility rules on top of anything we do.

6. Service availability

We provide the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. We will give reasonable notice of planned discontinuation where we can.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms or Meta's policies
Meta requires us to do so
Your use creates a security or legal risk

You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its access in your Facebook settings. On termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you publish. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit that content to Meta on your behalf. We keep all rights to the App itself.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the App — including where such losses result from changes to, or restrictions imposed by, Meta's platforms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active users by email before the changes take effect.
