Data Deletion Instructions
You can have all data we hold about you deleted at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1 — Revoke access from Facebook (fastest)
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Open Apps and Websites
- Find GraceYears Insights 2
- Click Remove
Revoking access immediately invalidates every access token issued to us for your account. From that moment the App can no longer read anything or publish anything on your behalf. If you also want the stored record of your account erased from our systems, use Option 2 below and we will delete it.
Option 2 — Ask us directly
- Email caugheycassi@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request"
- Tell us the Facebook Page name or Instagram username the request relates to
- We confirm your identity as an administrator of that asset
- We delete the data and email you confirmation
We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion as soon as reasonably possible.
What gets deleted

All Platform Data is deleted within 120 days of your request, in line with Meta Platform Terms.
What does NOT get deleted
Posts already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account belong to you and stay on Meta's platforms. To remove those, delete them directly in Facebook or Instagram — we have no ability to delete published content on your behalf.
